To be eligible for a return, items must be:

• Unworn and unused
• In original condition and packaging
• With all tags attached

Important:

• Returns must be approved before sending anything back
• Shipping fees are non-refundable
• Return shipping costs are covered by the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect

Once approved and received, refunds are processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.

Delivery time:

• Cairo & Giza: 2–4 business days
• Other governorates: 3–6 business days
